Realize, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal offices at 1111B S GOVERNORS AVE STE 6193, DOVER, DE, US 19904, ("GovDash," "we," "us," or "our") operates the www.govdash.com website (the "Site") and provides an AI-powered proposal and contract management platform for government contractors (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy informs you of how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by us.
Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Visitors of the Site
- Prospective and current customers and their representatives
- Users who access or interact with our Services
- Participants in GovDash-sponsored events, webinars, or surveys
By using our Site and/or Services or otherwise engaging with GovDash, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Data Hosting and Security
GovDash holds FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency and is listed as FedRAMP Ready on the FedRAMP Marketplace. We implement strong security controls, including:
- Data encryption at rest and in transit
- Logical segregation of customer environments
- Role-based access control and monitoring
- Regular vulnerability scanning and patching
Only authorized personnel may access customer data under strict confidentiality obligations.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Trusted vendors and service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, support tools) for the purpose of delivering Services in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.
- Government or legal authorities where required by law.
- Acquirers or successors in case of business transfer.
- Integration partners as part of your enabled workflows.
We do not sell your personal information under any circumstances. All sharing is done in alignment with our contractual commitments and applicable law.
Google User Data and Google API Services
GovDash offers optional integrations that allow you to connect your Google Workspace or Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) to our AI agent, Dash. These integrations are off by default and are enabled only when you explicitly authorize them through Google's OAuth consent screen. This section describes how GovDash accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data obtained through Google APIs.
Limited Use Disclosure. GovDash's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy#additional_requirements_for_specific_api_scopes), including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Google User Data
- Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing features you request within GovDash, in a manner consistent with the permissions you granted.
- Google user data is accessed only in response to your actions (for example, a question you ask Dash or a file you choose), not on an ongoing or background basis, except to the extent needed to complete the task you initiated.
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, and we do not sell Google user data.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features (e.g., our FedRAMP-authorized cloud hosting and AI inference providers acting as our processors), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior notice to you.
Storage and Security
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and stored in our FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency-authorized environment. Tokens are used only to make API calls on your behalf and are never exposed to other users.
- Content retrieved from Google APIs is processed in memory to fulfill your request. Where you choose to save Google content into GovDash (for example, importing a Drive document into a proposal), that content is stored in your organization's logically segregated workspace with the same encryption and access controls described in Data Hosting and Security.
- All data in transit between GovDash and Google is protected by TLS.
Retention and Deletion
- You may disconnect a Google integration at any time from your GovDash integration settings. Upon disconnection, we delete the associated OAuth tokens immediately and cease all access to your Google account.
- You may also revoke GovDash's access directly from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:
- Deliver our Services in accordance with our contractual obligations
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Enforce our agreements
Customers may request deletion of their data in accordance with our Terms of Agreement.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccuracies in your data
- Request deletion, subject to contractual and legal obligations
- Object to certain processing activities (e.g., direct marketing)
- Withdraw consent where previously given

Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. We may still send you transactional messages related to your account or the Services, as required to fulfill our contractual commitments.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide advance notice via email or the Site. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
