Retire the clause spreadsheet
- See every clause on a contract in one table. Open a contract and review the clauses that apply to it, with a link to each clause on acquisition.gov.
- See your whole portfolio at once. The clause matrix shows which clauses apply across all your contracts, so you can spot where a clause appears and where it doesn't.
- Track the right revision. Clauses are stored by effective date, so an older contract stays tied to the version it incorporated while newer contracts use the current text.
- Build one library for the team. Your clause library replaces the personal checklists and matrices each contract manager keeps today.
How it works
Clause Tracking has two views. The clause library holds every clause your team tracks, with its number, title, text, and revisions by effective date. Each contract shows the clauses linked to it.
- Add a clause to your team's library with its number, such as 52.203-1, plus its title and text.
- Add a revision when a clause changes, using its effective date.
- Open a contract and link the clauses that apply. Search the library by number or title to find the right revision.
- Open the clause matrix to see every contract and clause your team tracks in one view.
You can only link clauses that exist in your library, so the matrix stays consistent across contracts.
Let Dash do the data entry
Dash can add clauses to your library, create clause revisions, and link clauses to contracts for you. Ask Dash to review a contract's award documents, list the FAR and DFARS clauses it incorporates, and link them to the contract. Your team reviews the result in the contract's clause table.
Built into Contract
Clause Tracking sits alongside Deliverables in Contract, next to each contract's documents, points of contact, and history. Your post-award team manages obligations in the same place it manages the contract. Explore Contract
