Know where every deliverable stands
- See what's due next on every contract. One row per requirement, sorted by CDRL, with the next submission due and its status.
- Catch problems before the deadline. Each requirement shows how many submissions are due in 30 days, overdue, pending acceptance, or rejected.
- Log the delivery as you send it. Mark a submission as submitted and GovDash records the date. Add who received it and attach the files you delivered.
- Keep the full record in one place. Every submission keeps its due date, status, recipient, and documents, so your team can answer "did we send that?" without digging through email.
Requirements and submissions
Deliverables works in two levels. A requirement is what the contract calls for: the title, CDRL number, description, and recipient. A submission is one delivery of that requirement, with its own due date, status, and documents. A one-time report has one submission. A monthly status report has one per month.
- Open a contract and click Deliverables in the left menu.
- Add a requirement and choose its recipient from the contract's points of contact.
- Add a submission for each time the deliverable is due.
- Move each submission forward as the work happens: Not started, In progress, Submitted, Under review, Accepted. A rejected submission goes back to In progress for revision.
Switch to All Deliverables to see every submission on the contract by due date, and filter by status, recipient, due date, or submission date. Attach delivered files from your computer, SharePoint, Google Drive, or the Data Library.
Give the tracking to Dash
Dash can list, create, update, and delete deliverable requirements and submissions on a contract, and attach documents to submissions. Ask Dash to add a monthly status report requirement and create its submissions for the rest of the period of performance. Ask which deliverables are overdue on a contract, or have Dash mark a submission accepted when the government confirms it.
Every change, whether your team makes it or Dash does, appears in the contract's audit log. Anyone who can edit the contract can add and update deliverables.
Built into Contract
Deliverables lives inside each contract, next to its documents, points of contact, and history. Your post-award team tracks obligations in the same place it manages the contract, and the record carries forward when it's time to cite past performance or compete for the recompete.
