Retrieval combines two approaches. Semantic search matches meaning, connecting a requirement in the government’s language to relevant experience described in yours. Full-text search finds exact references, such as contract numbers, NAICS codes, and clauses.
Citations connect generated content to its supporting sources, giving reviewers a direct path back to the evidence.
Controls that support accuracy and review
Model selection is one part of accuracy. GovDash also builds controls around what models can access, how they generate content, and how your team reviews the result.
Permission-aware context. Models receive only the content the requesting user is authorized to view.

Data handling and availability
