On the product side, Endurion's technology is built for open source intelligence (OSINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and other intelligence disciplines.

Bob Bevelacqua, Chief Growth Officer at Endurion, leads business development, capture, and proposal operations. His team is built around three proposal managers, four capture managers, and three strategy leads responsible for long term opportunity development and pipeline strategy.

The Challenge

A Failed Platform Attempt and a Proposal Process That Took Too Long

Endurion had already tried to modernize their proposal operation with another AI platform before turning to GovDash. The previous attempt did not work.

"We first went with Unanet AI, and it was an absolute disaster. The support was awful. The tool was awful. Not user friendly, non intuitive. They said we could upload other than Word documents. We couldn't. We required our own cloud, our own instance system. They said they'd done that before. They never did. It was a bad experience all the way around." Bob's team uses GovDash to compress the full proposal lifecycle. After a solicitation drops, Endurion completes capture preparation and moves to red team within two to three days. The pink team stage has been eliminated entirely.

2. A Queryable System of Record for Past Performance and Capture Decisions

Endurion's corporate document library lives inside GovDash: past performance, CPARs, completed proposals, and government documents. The proposal team uses GovDash to source and draft content. Leadership uses it to decide whether to pursue an opportunity.

"It's allowed us to have a conversation as to whether or not we have past performance or we've done some work that's similar to this. In real time, we sit there, ask it, and a response can come up. The tool's ability to get very deep and give us things that match the requirements for Section L and M or a PWS. As far as making a decision whether or not it's a pursuit or non-pursuit, it's very much sped that process up." Bob Bevelacqua, CGO

That same query capability has expanded beyond capture and proposal work. Endurion now loads resumes into GovDash to evaluate which candidates align with specific labor category requirements on incoming opportunities.

3. A Dashboard Built for Investor Reporting and Pipeline Visibility

As Chief Growth Officer, Bob runs the pipeline through configurable filters in GovDash, slicing the business by prime opportunities, subcontracted opportunities, and other cuts that matter to leadership.

"I like to use the dashboard layout to review what's in the pipeline. I create my own filters based on how many opportunities I have that we're priming, how many do I have that we're subbing. The metrics that I pull out are reportable to my investors. Those are the things they're interested in tracking." Bob Bevelacqua, CGO

The dashboard gives Endurion's leadership a real time view of the business that did not exist before GovDash.

Results

Why GovDash?

Endurion came to GovDash after a failed deployment of Unanet AI. The team needed a platform their proposal and capture managers could pick up and run with, an interactive dashboard they could shape to fit how they worked, and a system that could store and query their entire document library.

"We were looking for something that was user-friendly, intuitive. The guys could get in there and just start playing around with and figure it out. Something that had the ability to store all of our base documents, query those documents, and be an interactive dashboard that was modifiable. That we could design and have filters that would allow us to see the pipeline in a number of different configurations." Bob Bevelacqua, CGO

"Onboarding was very easy. We got a lot of attention. Our guy that's more or less in charge of doing this for the team has built a relationship with his POC at GovDash. We ask for modifications. The next day we come in, turn it on, the modifications are there. It's happening in real time. It was very dynamic. It was very quick." Bob Bevelacqua, CGO

When Endurion later acquired another company that was already running GovDash, the two separate instances were merged into one unified environment with minimal disruption.

"We've had two companies because we acquired another company. He was already using the tools. We had two different boxes. They've been able to close that together. So now we're in one instance. About as smooth as you could get." Bob Bevelacqua, CGO

"For the companies that are mature, take the time to assess how this is going to impact the way you do business. Your ability to evaluate potential opportunities should be increased. Your ability to respond to a larger number of opportunities should be increased. This tool allows you to do things that we typically wouldn't have the resources to do, and we've actually changed our processes here. Be open minded about relooking your business operating system on growth and what you used to do. You no longer really have to do. It will improve your process, but you have to be open minded enough to recognize that." Bob Bevelacqua, CGO
